He can't tell just yet if the blue rider does these things on purpose or not. He crosses his arms looking out across the water. "You can't tell that for your self? I'm cute." He smirks for that then glances over at D'nel, considering. "You're cute."

D'nel's smile slips to slightly heavy on one side grin, a little bit as if T'lyle had walked into something he'd expected. "That's only two examples, although I guess looking into the mirror makes it a handy reference."

"Well it's not as if I have a lot of examples on hand." His smile brightens suddenly and he points "Cryth there, and Coranth, they're also cute!"

"So should I tell a passing fire lizard that you are quite considerate?" D'nel asked, laughing, heading back towards the pile of leathers on the shoreline. He could feel the back of his neck prickling a little, a sign to get out of the sun. "Direct young flirting greens Cryth's way?"

T'lyle turned to follow him, hand up behind his head. " OH! He's appreciate that I think!"
I think it's time to come in now, dear.
Do I have to?
Indeed you do, both of you.
Cryth turned away from Coranth reluctantly, starting to paddle himself in towards the shore.
Next time we will call dolphins, the game will be better.

D'nel laughed, grabbing for his boots and settling on a rock to brush off his feet. "Maybe I will. One good turn deserves another."
Coranth rolled over in the waves one last time, then began to follow Cryth cutting in toward shore. Dolphins are good for games, Coranth agrees, not too much bothered by being called in now that he had been able to mess about a bit. And for herding fish

Cryth hauls out of the water, wings held away from his body as he waddles up the shore to his rider...and shakes a shower of water down onto him.
T'lyle nearly tripped in his futile attempt to get out of his dragon's way "Cryth!" You did that on purpose!
mmh...yes
He looked a bit miserable, his thinner warm weather shirt sticking to him. Not that he didn't appreciate the cool down, but they had drills soon and now he'd have to change. He sighed...not much he could do but...me embarrassed and get his boots and jacket on.

D'nel couldn't help it, laughing at the alarmed look on his face as the water came down. Even if he got splashed, holding up an arm to block most of it, it wasn't nearly as bad. Coranth shook more politely by the water, shedding it everywhere, and came trotting up with an intrigued arch to his neck as he eyed Cryth.
"Oh, come on, it's not that bad," D'nel called, hitting him gently on the shoulder before pulling on his boots.

"I know, but he didn't have to do that." He eyes his dragon up as Cryth politely dips his head to accept his harness. The annoyance is short lived, he's already smiling again and patting Cryth's side by the time he has the harness buckled. "You'll be seeing the healers when we get back first thing? Make sure they havn't been looking for you?"

D'nel flopped back, groaning. "Do I have to?"
Coranth snorted, flicking water off his wings as he came by to curiously snort at the pile of leathers by D'nel's side.

"Yes! You have to. Would you rather risk and infection, lose the arm and never fight thread again?" He's hauling himself up Cryth's side now. "Once I'm done my drills for the day I'll be checking on you!"

"You are so responsible!" D'nel called, aware that T'lyle didn't like being called that, and the grin he tossed his way with the teasing made that much clear. He shrugged on the leathers, catching up the riding straps as Coranth crouched with his belly pressed against the ground to make it easier with his limited range of motion.

"Hrmf, responsible my ass." He waited, watching D'nel to make sure he could handle the straps well enough on his own...he had to have gotten them on himself before he left the Weyr.

D'nel was slow, but managed, again like before refusing to ask for help. He hauled himself up on to Coranth's back, helped a little by a small maneuver of Coranth lifting his foreleg to give him a little shove up. He settled back, pulling his goggles down over his eyes as his little green popped back into existence and settled on his shoulder.
"Ready?"

He nodded, throwing D'nel a salute before Cryth takes to the air.
Cryth speaks to Coranth, a little amused before the pair disappears between.
I know you will, but T'lyle says to remind you anyway. Straight to the healers.
