T'rey leans back in his seat and works on finishing a drink while he watches, trying to focus on just watching D'nel dance and noting that he can in fact do so well. He'll even manage, when he brother swings past the table with his girl of the moment, to not look to sour about being left without a partner himself.

D'nel dances the course of one song. At the end, he's only slightly winded and flushed from the heat of being surrounded by many bodies. Ariane leans in to whisper in his ear, and D'nel catches her elbow as he steps out of the dancing circle. Either he does not see, or gently ignores, her brief look of disappointment, and he leads her back to T'rey's table.
He bows over Arianne's hand to pass her over, rising with a grin and a run of his hand back through the locks of hair that flopped into his eyes. "I think it's your turn."

"And not soon enough." He rises, taking her hand with a smile (for her first but he head tips to flash teeth at D'nel too.) He leads Arianne back to the dance floor with the next set. He isn't the most skilled of dancers but what he lacks in that he makes up for in enthusiasm and strong arms to catch and guide his partner when he inadvertently stumbles her in his energy. He spots his brother briefly and has to roll eyes at the smiling fool, wooing his partners across the floor.

D'nel's used to spending some time alone, and he drops into T'rey's vacant seat with a smile. His elbow propped up on the table, his chin in his palm, and he watched T'rey and his partner dance. On his shoulder, his green dug in her little claws and watched with him. Curiousity spun distantly in the back of his thoughts.
For a while, he just appreciated the view, with the pleasant and content buoy of dragon thoughts easing him into an incredibly wonderful mood. He grinned a little and called for some wine, and sipped a large mug of it while T'rey took his turn.

T'rey is impatient for his next set, but he's a gentleman (at times) and doesn't rush Arianne off the dance floor. She was a fine partner and he walks her off the dance square preparing to part gently. Until his brother intercepts him, to inquire if he's just going to part with such a fine lady after but one dance. And if that's the case T'lyle would of course, gladly take her back to the dance floor.
And so T'rey returns to the table empty handed but pleased. He'll steal a swig from D'nel's mug before offering the other rider that empty hand and a questioning look. "Dance?"

There's something really pleasing about T'rey stealing his drink, and D'nel grins, not minding in the slightest. He wouldn't mind even if it were most anyone to tell the truth, he's that sort of guy, but he doesn't mind T'rey doing it in particular.
"Not letting me off the hook?" he says, but its a tease as he grasps T'rey's wrist in a firm hand to use it to pull to his feet. He's more long than he is wide, but that means D'nel's strenght is wirey and surprising. Its there in his grip. He pops to his feet, bounces on the balls of his feet, and offers T'rey a brilliant smile from under the artful flop of his hair.
"I suppose I just might let you lead."

T'rey chuckled as he lead D'nel back to the square. "That's all well and good. I don't know how to follow." He fell easily into step when the music started but started off gently, to get a feel for D'nel's dancing.
